First and foremost, you've gotta have your legs there. With tennis, you do a ) D b3 e; X1 I, ~lot of running. We do a lot of lunge-type exercises. I've had a little bit of 3 h( U& E/ _1 E9 {1 q3 U% dtrouble with my knees the past year, so almost every day, I do stuff where I ( M1 j2 Y& L5 r8 W, k: E) hput my heels up on an incline and put as much weight as I can on my back and 2 y8 P' }/ {- r# `9 f8 p; Z2 j7 Ldo some squats. Next thing, my right arm is the next most important for me. I; E4 g( D0 e, y/ H$ f
do a lot of rotator cuff exercises [for my serve]. After all that, we'll- I2 P! d5 z. f- ^* P
spend 15 minutes or so doing abs, core, and med-ball work.
