do some squats. Next thing, my right arm is the next most important for me. I 6 h) f2 x+ B# H5 x3 h' R1 Kdo a lot of rotator cuff exercises [for my serve]. After all that, we'll 3 e7 D2 z* d8 \% V( l9 i5 Zspend 15 minutes or so doing abs, core, and med-ball work.
