do some squats. Next thing, my right arm is the next most important for me. I+ C% z6 e1 @! M* u
do a lot of rotator cuff exercises [for my serve]. After all that, we'll* ~/ h( v* G! C( O0 g1 J- l- S0 d
spend 15 minutes or so doing abs, core, and med-ball work.
