Next thing, my right arm is the next most important for me. I 9 q2 O; A, u; Q7 V" V$ h/ o/ Gdo a lot of rotator cuff exercises [for my serve]. After all that, we'll 0 m) z- \- Y v& M- F. Fspend 15 minutes or so doing abs, core, and med-ball work.
