do some squats. Next thing, my right arm is the next most important for me. I 4 J0 ]0 ~- \ Sdo a lot of rotator cuff exercises [for my serve]. After all that, we'll F k- X7 E1 Q/ f' J
spend 15 minutes or so doing abs, core, and med-ball work.
