do some squats. Next thing, my right arm is the next most important for me. I. d* ?( @2 i5 i! w
do a lot of rotator cuff exercises [for my serve]. After all that, we'll * R5 P9 E4 C$ _5 W9 Kspend 15 minutes or so doing abs, core, and med-ball work.
