tennis elbow (epicondylosis)- just like other musculoskeletal injuries, getting plenty of rest is extremely important and essential for healing.  try not to use that part of the arm too much and may apply light massage to it while taking a shower.  If you definitely have to play tennis, wear strech band, limit your play time, utilize LESS aggresive moves and do strech before starting.     wish you a speedy recovery

9 }/ X3 ~, G# F+ Q% G0 c6 o% _$ A& Jsecondly, sorry for my mandarin, it was the wrist.  but, the more accurate term would be epicondylosis, not epicondylitis.  ask an ortho or an sportsmed attending, and you will know why., `8 K. a  P( Z& m6 p/ x
finally, when pressing the are does not elicite pain, it doesn't necessarily mean that this individual is not suffering from carpal tunnel.  you need A SET of golden to rule out, not by simply pressing it.
