擊球的速度決定於你前臂的加速度 包括手肘 前臂 跟 手腕/ G/ b3 U. V1 A. x6 L
保持上身的柔軟度

手保持柔軟才能隨揮 隨揮在任何擊球都很重要 尤其是正手: L$ I  N4 J/ @, @4 {

7.回發球6 k% i* R; [1 c' M  X! k
拍頭保持中央
# c- P% ?2 M5 d# E% F回二發時靠近底線一些 並且用較窄的墊步(narrow split step)做回擊準備

Summary :

- T( k5 Q' R9 i8 K! N. q3 R

Lesson # 1 The Serve

- Toss the ball higher than usual

- Gives you more time to involve your leg

- Legs strength most important part of the body, including your wrist

- Speed and pace is on the wrist

- Acceleration from upper arm

- Keep your upper body as loose as possible

Lesson # 2 The Forehand Stroke

- Start with the right foot, if have more time just try to follow through

- Get more pace and power in the shot

- For more spin, control back foot and add more acceleration, keep your hand as relax as possible, with that you can actually get follow through

- While playing, if you want to get a spin, you bend more, do more work with your wrist

Lesson # 3 The Backhand Stroke

- Use 2 hands instead of one, more powerful and try not to involve too much wrist

- If want to hit a long line, have to close yourself more.

- If want to hit across the line, open up your body position wider, ball can be place move to the sideline.

Lesson # 4 The Drop Shot

- Difficult to do drop shot from back foot, much easier to do drop shot when racket is in front of your upper body, more the racket like a short slice.

Lesson # 5 Net Play

- Try to hit the ball just in front of yourself, always keep your head still, try to be low, balance in your legs.

- Stay inside of the service line to cover both court area beside you but not too much, otherwise opponent got chance to hit the ball further behind and you can’t control.

- From the baseline, stay in basic position with racket in front of you straight, from here easier to go left and right.

Lesson # 6 The Smash

- Left arm very important for right-handed, use left hand as an aim for the ball which is coming, body position must focus on upper part lean backwards, be stable.

- Need to have follow through motion (like serving the ball position), include wrist action.

- Footwork is most important, must have a good position to do follow through, (example left foot in front, right foot behind ready to step forward), keep the arm you are hitting with very relax.

Lesson # 7 Returning the Serve

- Stay in the middle, for second serve come closer to the baseline and stand in small split step position just to be ready, so that you are able to accelerate from then on.

- Try to make small swing to save time.

- Keep your upper body straight all the time, to get forward easily, to be in control and aggressive.

- For second serve make a split step in the court, hit the ball and get into the comfort zone.

- If ball returned to opponent nicely, step forward to the middle of your area.
