2017 SUNNY X YONEX TENNIS Tournament

SUNNY TENNIS Tournament on 2017/12/10 Sponsor by Yonex

This year SUNNY TENNIS held a game not only for our students, but also welcomed all tennis player. We were surprised by how fast the spots were filled up. This year, 33 teams participated the game, the number went double compare with last year. We were so pleased by the recognition of the public. 

Besides teams from SUNNY TENNIS students, many tennis club joined this keen competition held at Rainbow riverside park hard tennis court. Playing at this court was very enjoyable because of the view by the river. You even got to see the tallest building of Taiwan: Taipei 101 from here. Such a nice game experience. 

Steven, one of our SUNNY TENNIS student said: “At first I was quite intimidating about playing the match with player from outside of SUNNY. They seemed very professional. I’m just a amature player, I’m not sure if I can beat them. Then after this game I realized that it was not just about winning. Learning from others was all about. I’m so glad I signed up for this game, even though our team lost, I learned some great lesson from other strong players.”

The champion finally went to Team SUNNY CEO, led by coach Rick. 

The second place was  Team SUNNY MEN, led by coach Mark. 

The third place was  Team SUNNY POWER, led by coach Elton.

It was the first time we held a game in such a big scale. Will there be more team next year? Will we or the players be able to handle the pressure? We will see you next year!
